Within 28 days of receipt of your watch you can return it to us in its original packaging together with all guarantees and documentation provided by us to you and you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Further, it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are received by us safely and in the same condition as they were received by you. We recommend that you insure against loss, damage or theft. Our returns policy is in addition to any other rights you have under the UK law.
The goods must be returned to us within 28 days of delivery. We can provide you with an alternative if required (with a refund or charge if there is any difference in price). Refunds (where applicable) will be credited to the card used for the original purchase after receipt of the returned goods and satisfactory inspection by us delivery charges are non-refundable. Please allow 7 working days for the refund.
